Reenactment Of The First Halloween

Halloween commemorates the arrival of the first pumpkin off the Mayflower in 1620.

Right?

I suppose I don’t really know where Halloween comes from.

Here is the Wikipedia entry on the origins of Halloween.

That’s as likely a source as any other on the matter.

If you enjoy Halloween, I hope you have a good time today.

Don’t take any apples with razor blades in them.

My Computer Has Crashed

My computer has crashed. I don’t know what is wrong with it. Maybe I will have to get a new computer.

No matter—I can blog with this iPhone until I’m back up and running.

I know there must be a way to add pictures and links to my posted with the WordPress iPhone application. But I’m not sure how and it seems a bit daunting at the moment to try and figure it out.

It’s Halloween tonight. My wife and I don’t have any Halloween plans. Just as normal we’ve turned off all the lights and put up the no tresspasing sign on the door.

We do have some candy at home. I know there is at least one Hershey Bar on the kitchen. But we’ll be damned if you think we’re going to share it with anybody.
