Photo Of Interesting Building In Back Bay Area Of Boston

Here is a photo of an interesting building in the Back Bay area of Boston. I took this picture about three weeks ago. I’m sorry but I did not note the intersection where this building can be found.

Here is some information about the Back Bay section of Boston.

  1. At six stories, I assumed it was steel frame and late 1800’s or early 1900, which led me to this:
“The Berkeley Building, a distinctive example of the Beaux-Arts style, was designed in 1905 by the firm of Codman and Despradelle. This early Back Bay commercial building features a terra cotta exterior on a steel frame. In 1988 the building was restored to its original appearance by architects Notter Finegold + Alexander.”
