Obama Ads During That ’70′s Show Reruns Further Cement My Support
There were maybe seven or eight Obama for President ads for the Texas primary during the That 70′s Show reruns I watched last night.
This was between 11 PM and midnight.
No Hillary ads.
Mrs. Clinton had no interest in subsidizing my entertainment by buying an ad during one of my favorite programs.
It seems clear who wants my vote and who does not care.
I have a right to be entertained.
What did the Obama ads say?
I don’t know. I don’t pay much attention to commercials.
I just know they were on and that they were for a candidate I like during a show I like.
Think about this stuff all the time and you’ll lose your mind.

Welcome To Texas Liberal
Texas Liberal is a blog of politics and political history.
My name is Neil Aquino. Here is my profile.
I can be reached at naa618@att.net.
Additional focuses of the blog are books, art, poetry, personal relationships and, also, sea life and marine mammals.
( The picture above is of the Houston Ship Channel. A narrow channel can lead to a wide sea.)
The signature post of this blog is the Martin Luther King Reading & Reference List. This list is the best of it’s kind on the web.
Another good post is my reciting the words to the Shaker hymn Simple Gifts on Galveston Island, Texas as a ship passes behind.
I live in Houston, Texas and I do sometimes write about political issues in Houston and in Texas.
I also often write about my former hometown of Cincinnati, and about the great beach city of Galveston, Texas.
I define liberalism as a role for government in the economy to help make life more fair, and a broad acceptance of people regardless of who they are.
This is why it says “All People Matter” at the top of the blog.
A blog grows one reader at a time. If you like what you read here, please consider forwarding the link.
Texas Liberal began regular posting on July 25, 2006.
I also blog at the Houston Chronicle as one of eight featured political bloggers, and on Where’s The Outrage? which posts out of North Carolina.
Thanks for reading Texas Liberal.

He is out spending her 4 to 1 on commercials. he has so many running in ohio that they will show one of his a car commercial and than one more of his, the people are flooding him with money so the people are speaking. as much as i still support hillary i think obama will win the primary and i will support him for president, i hope he can get results from the idiots he will be in charge of.
Thanks for the comment. I do think a good amount of the money is really from average folks. That is a good thing.
It’s hard to argue with logic like that. It really is.
Thank you—I’ll count you as fully agreeing with this post.
Concur with Mr. Brady.
Do not like the new Hillary ad that Fox has been showing all day – the phone call at 3 a.m. It just does not do it.
Whoever is running her campaign has done a terrible job.
She has very little visibility here in Cincinnati compared with Obama.
Have checked in with some of my college classmates – women for the most part who should be in the demographic Hillary supposed to win. Not so with these folks, one of whom went up to New Jersey from DC prior to that primary to work for Obama and who is now making calls into Ohio. Some of those in same demographic here, however, appear to still be strongly Hillary. No one happy with the campaign she’s running, though.
she is broke and kicked in 5 million of her own. the media follows the ads that are bought and that is the way it is. Obama is buying the campaign and wont stick to his word on finace that is not public. they are all crooks. hillary and obama are from the same cloth, they appear different but they are not. i dont think either one are not genuine just powermad and crazy. you would have to be crazy to want to take over after 8 years of bush. i think bush thought he was doing the right thing when he did it. he is a simplton. i will vote for whomever wins the primary and hopefully in nov. the powers will be unbalanced to the demorats and they will get a chance to make things better. they have shown me nothing in the last year. they have passed nothing for working america and have no balls. my daughter could run the country better.
I hope these bad feelings do not extend to That ’70′s Show.
I just want to know when and where to find the 70s show reruns. That show is hysterical!
