    You certainly are creative.

    Keep up the great blogging, I certainly enjoy reading your well researched and written postings.

    Little historical information, you probably know this already so forgive me if I’m t(pre)aching to the choir.

    Hannukah is the celebration of the Macabean forces over their oppresors a couple of centures before the birth of Christ. All of this is documented in Macabees, part of the Catholic canon of the Old Testament. Ironically, both Jewish tradition and Protestant tradition do not carry these books in their respective holy books.
